I was using mine and just looked at the label and just found out it was expired a year ago...but i dont know if thats good....if u continue using it...what will happen to ur skin???Is it ok to use expired acne treatment or any kind of makeup?
Expiration dates are there to tell you about how long you could expect that medication to do the work it promised (it's efficacy or potency). For make-up the manufacturers usually tell you to replace it at a certain time for the same reason; for instance a liquid foundation may no longer cling to your skin the way it should like flawlessly if that was the claim on the label. There should be no problem with cosmetics but with the acne treatment you might not get the efficacy it used to have. Based on good use practices follow what the manufacturer says on its label.Is it ok to use expired acne treatment or any kind of makeup?
