I need some help with this acne treatment?

I have been trying toothpaste to clear my face of acne but I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do it if I should paste it on or what?I need some help with this acne treatment?
Hahaha the toothpaste myth is well.... a myth lol. Some people are convinced that toothpaste is a decent astringent due to the drying capability of the mint extract. But the truth is you don't want any drying acne serum. You want one that will kill bacteria. Toothpaste contains harmful acids and other ingrediants the can seriously irritate your skin. The toothpaste will either make the pimple redder or leave an ugly dry patch behind. If you want a quick home remedy I would reccomend neosporin. It is gentle and kills bacteria. In two days you should start seeing results. If you have neosporin then you can use bactene, or whatever you have in your house to fight bacteria. Also you should start taking vitamins. It has actually started to help me. If you are a teenager I reccomend one a day teen advantage for him. And if you are over 20 one a day mens health. Another home remedy is washing your face with baking soda. It reduces redness and causes acne to fade. I've heard that dipping a cotton swap in mouth wash and putting that on your spots is affective, but it is no different than putting toothpaste on your face. I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.





I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
