Hey, i have been a bad ';bacne'; sufferer for roughly a year now and im sick of it. I want to know a simple, quick, and affective way to clear up my back from acne. My main reason is because my friend's birthday party is in roughly one month and we usually go swimming so I dont want to be embarrassed.
PLEASE HELP
Thanks in advance :)Homemade Back acne treatment which clears up skin fast?
I do too, and guess what I found works really well?
Just regular old soap. Make sure it's dove or something simple just a plain white bar of soap. Leave it on your back for a few minutes, try 10-20 minutes until when you touch it, it is almost crispy and is no longer soft.
I find this speeds the healing on the affected areas. If you need something else just to speed the process, add apple cider viegar. It smells bad but works really well! And when you get out of the shower, apply just a little bit of benzyol peroxide, which will help immensly.

A few advices
Scrub, scrub, scrub: Unless you鈥檙e an Olympic gymnast or have the flexibility of a yoga master, it鈥檚 likely you can鈥檛 reach every spot on your back. So when it comes to shower time, there are probably some areas that don鈥檛 get quite as clean as others. Because acne is caused by dirty, clogged pores, you鈥檒l want to make sure you鈥檙e thoroughly clean. Invest in a back scrubber.
Sack the backpack: Although they can be handy, especially if you need to cart around a morning鈥檚 worth of textbooks, backpacks can make your back acne worse. The rubbing motion against your skin can irritate it and send dirt deeply into your pores, clogging them. Instead, go for a shoulder bag or messenger-style bag.
Avoid fashion faux pas: Trash the synthetic blends and go for comfy cotton garb, which allows air to circulate, keeping the skin dryer and more comfortable. It鈥檚 also important to keep your clothes clean鈥攖hat means that t-shirt you wear home from the gym after every workout should be washed after each and every wearing.
