What is the best acne treatment?

Okaay, listen, Im a teen and Im starting to get pimples.


I need an ance treatment that works and I have already tried ProActiv, NeoClear ( Only available online ) and most of the Netrogena products.


Can anybody help?

Ah, you're a teenager. That would explain the CRAZY answers you've been giving to the questions about periods. You can't get cancer from Tampons, and if you get menopause at age 12, there is something TERRIBLY wrong with you. Either do some actual research, or stop answering these questions and making these poor girls panic about nothing.

Thats what I use.
I follow this regimen and my skin is improved greatly from when I started about 8 months ago :) --





- I wash my face twice daily (morning, evening) with Aveeno Clear Complexion daily foaming cleanser (note that I have ';normal type'; skin). This is optional, but I always try to go without makeup whenever possible (weekends!) and I always wash my makeup off right when I get home from school.





- I use Benzaclin cream and it's worked the best out of everything I've tried. Note that it tends to bleach fabrics and I usually put it on before bed, so try to use old pillowcases.





- This is optional, but my derm also perscribed an antibacterial called doxycycline that I take 1-2 times daily to help clear up my acne. This can cause yeast infections in some cases, but l have been using it for a long time and nothing has happened to me.

Well, I would recommend Clean and Clear Facial Wash and toner. But, if you've really gone through all those products, and they STILL haven't gone away, you could try talking to a dermatologist.

I've been using this for four months, and I've only had a few large zits, and they dried up and disappeared in a week or two, tops...





I love clean and clear products, personally. they're wonderful.
I recommend Biore's triple action toner. Use this after facial wash. I don't know much about Clinique and you didn't state your age. But I know Clinique's products are for people in the older group.


After Biore tonering, I don't really recommend any moisturizers but if you have really BIG acne when going out, just Oxy's acne coverup. It doesn't really coverup ALL acne but it DOES heal it. Just don't get any on your clothes because it will leave a permanent mark (speaker of pajamas filled with peach stains).
I used a lot of special soaps and things like that, but the thing I found that cleared my skin up best was regular Dove soap. Also, if I need just one gone quickly, I'll put a little bit of toothpaste right on it and put a band aid over it and sleep with it. It burns for a while, put will dry it out. Since it dries the area around it, don't get it anywhere else or your skin will dry as well.
proactive i hear works well for a lot of people. But it like either works well for you or it doesnt I hear.
