What acne treatment would suit me most?

On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate it about 7 or 8 when I have my period 6 when I don't.

I have oily skin.

I get a lot of pimples on my forehead.

Black heads are usually on that bridge between my eyes%26amp; on my nose.

I get a couple of pimples beside my nose %26amp; under my eyes from time to time.

%26amp; Black heads around my lips.

If you have skin like this what have you used to clear it up?

Or any evaluations? What acne treatment would suit me most?
Acne is such a killer when it comes to us! We hate it so much because it goes on our most valuable parts, our body, our face. Our face say's a lot about ourselves, and we want to try to look the best we can. There are many natural ways to get rid of pimples, or at least decrease them and clear them away, leaving your skin clear and smooth with a beautiful glow.

Try these tips, if your not allergic to them:

1.) Get 2 simple things. One vicks vapor rub and a small bottle of aspirin. Crush the aspirin into very small parts and mix them with the vicks vapor rub. When you are done doing this, apply a a very small delicate amount on your forehead. Don't rub this too hard, and don't put too much of it on your face, it may burn a bit. And you definitely don't want that. If you try this you will see a difference. I had the same trouble as a teenager and my mom heard this quick/helpful information from a dermatologist in the radio. You can even sleep with this on! But again, be very careful not to apply too much, and don't rub it too hard on your skin.

2.) Wash your face. After doing this apply cream to your face. While you do this boil some water for a few minutes and place it inside round plastic container. After this place the round container full of hot water on a table. Get a seat and bring a long towel. Put the towel over your head, let the steam from the hot water rise to your face. This is like a facial sauna. You will begin to sweat and this is good because your pores will shrink and all the dirt and impurities will leak out. If you do this make sure you don't stay for a very long time, I would recommend an average 5-8 minutes. take your time with this, when you are done clean up and wash your face. You will see great results because your pores will shrink, black heads will get out along with all the impurities. try to do this 1-2x a week.

3.) You can also try to mix oatmeal with milk! As weird as it sounds, I've tried it and it's pretty helpful, with the glow of your skin. You can do this at night. Use it as a night time facial washer. If you can get an empty bottle of water and put both in it. You can try this maybe 2-3 times a week. And then wash it off.

4.) Another thing you can do is drink a lot of water, rather than soda and juice. If you try this just a week a lone you will see such a difference you will be so happy! You will have a glow and your skin will be smooth. But along with this try not to eat too much greasy/fattening things. These types of foods really affects our bodies, our skins.

5.) I recommend to try on masks that are specifically for shrinking pores and pimples, like: ';Queen Helene, The Original Mint Julep Masque';. This is really affordable and you can purchase it at your local beauty supply store. Try to use it if so, 1-2x a week. Depending on your skin.

these are great tips that I am sharing with you because I know how you feel. I went through it, and these are easy do it yourself steps. Good luck and I hope you have much success and happiness with the results!
