What is the best acne treatment?

I've use Clearasil Ultra Acne Solution System. But its not really working that great? Do you guys know any good ones that have worked for you? What is the best acne treatment?
believe me, it's just as simple as a better diet (excluding fatty, salty, sugary foods), drinkin LOTS of water and regular excercise (to the point where you sweat-out toxins).

believe me. don't waste your time on expensive goop. What is the best acne treatment?
The above treatments are definite.

But, like with me, no spot 'miracle cream' works.

If that's the case, go to a doctor and grab some Tetracycline or Oxytetracycline (In some cases).

But only if all else fails, and this stuff takes about 6 months to even BEGIN taking effect.
i used the same things, just stop eating greasy food like peanut butter pizza and stuff like that for a while. it suks at first but the acne goes away trust me i did it. oh and wash your face when u wake up and after u do something that gets u sweaty
I use spectro jel , and it works really well.

It's good because it clears up your acne, but it doesn't dry out your face at all ! I have been using it for over a year, and i have no complaints at all !
clean and clear worked reallllyy well for me and my friends. just use it in the shower and leave it on for a few minutes before washing it off.
i used panoxyl for a while it was pretty good.

then i switched to dr. bronners magic soap - after my skin started to clear up naturally.

sometimes i still use benyclin on problem spots.
I use Murad. It works really well. Before I used proactive but after about a year it didn't work any more.
Pro-Active is the best that there is. I tried it and it cleared up my acne overnight.
I use AcneFree. It's really good.
first i wash my face %26amp; then i take a cotton ball and put this acne medicen calld zapit on my face
Murad works ive used it for like over a year and yea or try SkinID.com and take their test thing yea it helps alot too
