What acne treatment is the best of the best?

well i wouldnt describe it as acne but o well..umm what product works best? my skin is sensitive and it is not too oily its not really bad acne its just little pimples u know not BIG ones and now that i mention it I have little pimples on my back too and I want to get rid of it!..so I want to use one that works the best... any ideas??What acne treatment is the best of the best?
It sounds like you may have blackheads or an allergic reaction to something. In order to get rid of it, you will need to do a little more exploring. For now, I would just change how I wash my face and use hypoallergenic cleansers. Body acne is another thing and may require a visit to the dermatologist. i use clean%26amp;clear. it works so well.i dont have that whole packege i use the ~clean%26amp;clear oil free wash~, there is a sensitive version of that, i used it at first then i got the same wash that isnt sensitive and it seemed to work better. ~Advantage acne spot treatment~ is what i put on the pimples and it works GREAT!! thats also a clean%26amp;clear product.
go to shoppers and get like spectro gel its a soap u use to wash ur face with also there is spectro gel cream that u apply after u wash ur face
