Any over the counter acne treatment that really works?

I need something! Any over the counter acne treatment that really works?
What works for some doesn't work for others. Its trial and error. I use benzoyle peroxide cream and that does the trick for me. Salicylic acid is helpful if your acne is mild while benzoyle generally is helpful for more severe acne. Note, your diet can sometimes cause acne. Go to the doctor and ask for some Tetralysal tablets.


They might not work for you but i think they're pretty good.


Depending on how bad your acne is you might need something stronger but definatly go to the doctor if it's really bothering you.
