I went to a dermatologist to get the regimen I use. It includes:
Washing my face in the morning and evening with Cetaphil cleanser
Using Differin cream in the morning (a retin product)
Using Duac cream in the evening (5% benzol peroxide)
Taking minocycline twice a day (an oral antibiotic)
Cleared up my acne 100% (I also needed to stop a prescription medication that was making the acne worse - Adderall)What kind of acne treatment do you prefer?
i would go for natural products first. but, if things don't work out (several factors may be responsible for this), i would go for the trusted acne treatment creams in the market. laser would be far from the list, or only when things are totally unmanageable.
i found a very effective homemade acne solution in http://cureacnezone.com/acne-home-remedi鈥?/a> . orange peel paste works well, as vitamin C helps treat acne. What kind of acne treatment do you prefer?
I prefer professional acne treatments, such as drugs or creams that you can get prescribed from your local GP or dermatologist, as you know you can trust these.
Over-the-counter medication is there to make a profit!
Home remedy acne treatments are also quite useful, i have compiled a list of natural home remedy acne treatments here; http://www.acne101.co.uk/Natural-Home-Re鈥?/a>
Good luck!
I used Retin-A.
It's an over the counter thing, and you need a doctors perscription, but it works soo fast and its just amazing.
duey 316 !
