The best way to control acne is by preventing the pimples from ever forming. By using a combination of topical solutions you can generally prevent and battle the acne. Oral, prescription medications are used when the case is more severe.
If you think you have severe inflammatory acne I would recommend going to a trained dermatologist. The solutions that I'm going to suggest are only for milder acne and are just samples.
